My name is Nguyen Duc Phan. I was born in 1954. I used to live with my parents in an area sprayed with Agent Orange during the war. My daughter was born on August 30, 1985. She was affected by AO. She is paralyzed. She is not aware of anything.

My family is having financial difficulty. We have sent her to hospitals but nothing helps. Any kind of assistance would be appreciated.
