Dear Prof. Kenneth Herrmann,

My son's name is Le Ba Hoanh, born in 1994.

He has been paralyzed for almost 10 years due to dioxin which was sprayed by American troops in the war. We are very desperate, but I don't know who to turn to. If he died, I would be very regretful. I was infected with dioxin the war that passed from my body to his. I beg for your help to relieve persistent pains we have incurred for 10 years.
