Our family really appreciates the appeal you made in the newspaper to ask all Agent Orange victims in Vietnam to write to you and to share with you the pains they are experiencing. As millions of Vietnamese families, our family is also struggling against the disastrous effects of America's use of chemical warfare.

My son is thirty years old. He is paralyzed. His arms are getting weaker. He cannot do manual work. When the weather is cold his joints bother him a lot.
