My name is Pham Kim Cham. I was born in 1966 in Que Son, Quang Nam. The US troops dumped a lot of AO onto this area. I have one son who was affected by AO. He is mentally retarded.

Please communicate with the US government about the consequences of the chemical warfare they used during the war. Any kind of assistance would be appreciated.
