Dear Professor Kenneth Herrmann,

My name is Pham Thi Tam, age 48. I live in Que Son, Quang Nam. My son's name is Pham Hong Linh. He was born on September 09, 1989. He was affected by Agent Orange, the chemical the US troops used during the war. He is mentally retarded. I have tried going to many hospitals and I am providing him with physical therapy but this does not help.

The financial situation in my family is very difficult. I have to be home with him all the time so we have no income.

Any kind of help from your Program is appreciated.
