To: SUNY Brockport Vietnam Program

My name is Nguyen Thi Thanh, born in April 1942. I live in Thanh Hoa Province.

My husband's name is Hoang Huu Mui, born in 1940. He joined the Liberation Army on April 10, 1962. He fought in Quang Tri and Thua Thien-Hue. He passed away on October 25, 2001.

My son's name is Hoang Huu Hoan, born in 1983. He is mentally handicapped. His skin is always itchy, it easily develops irritations and burns, and his eyes are in constant pain. We receive 84,000 Dong/month (5.30 USD/month) from the local government.

Please share with the Americans so that they can take responsibility for what they have caused in my country.

Thank you.

Nguyen Thi Thanh
